  • Zone4 damper can be used as fresh air damper.  Timer on panel sets minutes of fresh air per hour.

  • Optional supply air temperature sensor used to limit supply air temperature and prevent over-heating and freeze-up.

  • Optional outdoor air temperature sensor to limit use of second stage heating in moderate weather.

DuroZone SMZ-SW CONTROL PANELS

Item No. 35226 SMZ-2SW 2 Zone Control Panel

Item #35226 SMZ-2SW 2 Zone Control Panel provides the contractor with a simple, low-cost zoning system for 2 zones. SMZ-2SW Panels allow for the use of a switchable sub-base (must have B & O terminals) in zone 1 to act as the system's master switch for heat, cool and fan. Moving the fan switch on the zone 1 thermostat sub-base to "ON" will activate the fan to enhance air circulation.
All SMZ Zone Systems are equipped with individual zone damper control switches. These switches will allow a zone damper to remain in either open or closed position when the system board is at rest. By setting the switches, the installer or home owner can choose the position of his system's dampers, to inhibit migration of air into spaces not desired, for seasonal purposes, or when a zone is not in use.

DuroZone JTZ-HP CONTROL PANEL

Item No. 35235 JTZ-HP Zone Control Panel for Heat Pumps

Item #35235 JTZ-HP 3 Zone Control Panel for Heat Pumps introduces features unique to the needs of heat pump applications. The JTZ-HP is a low cost expandable zoning system for use with heat pumps.  The JTZ-HP can control three or more zones on a single unit.  The switchable sub-base in Zone 1 acts as the selector switch for heat, cool, emergency heat and fan.  When all zones are satisfied, all zone dampers will be open to allow air circulation.  Moving the fan switch on the Zone 1 thermostat sub-base to "on" will  activate the fan to enhance air circulation.  DuroZone's JTZ-HP panel has Y1 and Y2 terminals to allow operation of heat pumps with 2 stage compressors and will operate changeover valves activated in either the heat or cool mode.
